SignalFit ("we", "us", or "our") is operated by ZyloSystems. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our service at signalfit.io. By using SignalFit, you agree to the practices described here.
2. Information We Collect
- Account information: name, email address, and authentication data provided via Clerk when you sign up.
- Product data: URLs, uploaded files, and content you provide to generate landing pages.
- Usage data: page views, CTA clicks, and conversion metrics collected via PostHog for your dashboard analytics.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information collected automatically.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and improve the SignalFit service.
- To generate personalized landing page variants using AI.
- To display analytics in your dashboard.
- To send transactional emails (account, billing).
- We do not sell your data to third parties.
4. Data Storage
Your project data is stored in Upstash Redis. Authentication is handled by Clerk. Analytics events are processed by PostHog. All providers are GDPR-compliant. Data is stored on servers located in the United States.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Analytics cookies are used to understand usage patterns. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.
6. Third-Party Services
SignalFit uses the following third-party services:
- Clerk — authentication and user management
- Upstash — data storage
- PostHog — product analytics
- Firecrawl — website crawling
- Anthropic / OpenAI — AI content generation
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To request data deletion, delete your project in Settings and contact us at privacy@signalfit.io. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your project or account, your data is removed from our systems within 30 days.
9. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, access controls, and secure key management. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
